TIL PEANUT LADOO

TIL PEANUT LADOO 
                    Nutritious ladoo made with goodness of sesame seeds and peanuts. They make a quick snack with good fats . Do try out this recipe and let me know how you like it .
INGREDIENTS 
1. Roasted peanut 1 cup 
2. Ghee 1 tbsp 
3. Jaggery 1 cup 
4. Sesame seeds 2 tbsp 
5. Dry coconut 2 tbsp 
6. Cardamom seed powder half tsp 

METHOD 
1. Pulse roasted peanuts to a coarse powder 
2. In a kadhai add ghee melt jaggery add peanut powder sesame seeds coconut powder and cardamom powder.  
3. Cook well on low flame till contents separate from the pan.
4. Transfer in a bowl let it cool a bit while make ladoos where they are still war.
5. Once set serve them
