1. Tindora 1.5 cups
2. 1tbsp oil
3. Mustard seeds 1/ 4 tsp
4. Curry leaves few
5. Grated jaggery 1/ 2 tsp
6. Tamarind a small piece
Dry roast one after other
1. Coconut grated 1/ 2 cup
2. Coriander seeds 2tsp
3. Urad dal 1tsp
4. Dry red chillies 4 .
1. Grind the roasted ingredients to gather with tamarind salt and jaggery
2. Heat oil add mustard seeds when they pop add the tendli slices
3. Reduce heat cook till SOFT and done. Then add turmeric
4. Add the ground masala add curry leaves and cook till done.
5. Add salt .
6. Serve warm with rice or any non coconut curry
