INGREDIENTS
1. Scrapped coconut 1cup
2. Kokum 7 to 8
3. Ginger 2 inch
4. Green chillies 2
5. Salt as per taste
6. Sugar powder as per taste.
PROCEDURE
1. In a mixer add all ingredients except salt and sugar and grind to fine paste
2. Now add 3 cups water and again grind
3. Sieve this mixture and extract the liquid.
4. Add salt and sugar as per your taste.
