SANYUN ALOO
                   A very different and unique combination of food is this dish that has deep fried spices potatoes served with sweet vermicelli. The first bite I had made me a fan of this simple dish. Do try out this simple recipe and let me know how u like it.
INGREDIENTS
1. Thin roaster sevaiyan.  2 cups
2. Ghee for roasting sev.  2 tbsp
3. Sugar. 1/2 cup
4. Water 1 cup
5. Potatoes cut into small pieces.  4
6. Turmeric 1tsp
7. Coriander powder 1tsp
8. Red chilly powder 1tsp
9. Salt
10. Oil to deep fry
METHOD
1. In a kadhai add ghee roast sev and let it cook.
2. Add sugar and water and let it dry out .
3. Check for desired sweetness  and keep it aside.
4. In a kadhai deep fry potatoes till they are nice and crisp.
5. Remove potatoes out and mix them with dry spices along with salt.
6. Serve sweet sev along with potatoes .
