I love this simple sandwitch what we get on Mumbai streets in evening time which is just perfect munch on after street shopping. Fresh cut veggies are layered between 2 bread slices and grilled to perfection
1. Bread slices as needed
2. Spicy green chutney (  blend half cup coriander half cup mint leaves with 1 inch ginger piece 2 green chillies 2 tbsp roasted Bengal gram lemon juice salt a pinch of sugar with little water to form thick chutney )
3. Boiled sliced potatoes of 3
4. Boiled slices beetroot 1
5. Onions sliced 1
6. Cucumber sliced thinly 2
7. Chaat masala
8. Soft butter
9. Salt
10. Sliced tomatoes 1
1. Take a slice of bread spread butter evenly on both slices
2. Spread green chutney on both slices
3. Place two cucumber slices one potatoe one beetroot one tomato and 1 onion .
4. Sprinkle chaat masala place other slice of bread on it. apply butter on both sides of bread for grtting a crisp brown texture while grilling
5. Grill on medium low till crisp and brown.
6. Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup
