GOND KI RAAB

A Special winter drink used for treating back and joint aches. An excellent drink for post pregnency females. Do try out this recipe and let me know how u like it.

Ingredients

  • Ghee 2tbsp

  • Gond 2tbsp

  • Cinnamom 1inch stick

  • Clove 1

  • Wheat flour 2tbsp

  • Water 2.5 cups

  • Jaggery half cup

  • Ginger powder 1/4tsp

  • Cardamom powder half tsp

  • Almond and pistachio flakes 1tbsp

  • Milk masala dry fruit powder 2tbsp

Directions

  • In a pan take ghee fry gond till crisp remove from pan. In same kadhai add cinammon and cloves add wheat flour and fry till light brown
  • Add water let it boil add rest of the ingredients along with fried gond Let jaggery melt.
  • Serve hot.
