An excellent thirst quencher in hot afternoons or after your daily workouts . You can add or omit sugar in this as per your preference . Do try out this recipe and let me know how u like it.
1. Cucumber peeled 3
2. Mint leaves 12 to 15
3. Roasted cumin powder 1tsp
4. Rock salt 1tsp
5. Salt as per taste
6. Sugar powder as per taste.
1. In a mixer add all ingredients except sugar and salt.
2. Once u get a fine paste add 2 to 3 cups water and churn again
3. Sieve this mixture.
4. Add salt sugar according to taste.
5. Serve with ice cubes in it.
