COFFEE BANANA OATS SMOOTHIE
This is a healthy smoothie in which we haven’t added any sugar but we can use honey or jaggery powder. Quick easy and simple recipe for your morning kick start. Do try out this recipe and let me know how you like it.
INGREDIENTS
1. Banana 1
2. Oats 4 tbsp
3. Coffee powder 1tsp
4. Milk 1 cup.
5. Honey 1 tbsp.
PROCEDURE
1. In a mixie jar put cut bananas OATS honey coffee and blend it perfect smoothie consistency.
2. Pour in glass and serve chilled.
