I love vanilla sponge cakes made from eggs . A very few eggless recipes actually give you the desired texture and taste . This recipe is inspired from jeyandra vijayselvan with little modifications. Do try out this recipe and let me know how u like it.
1. Eggs 3 small
2. Hard butter 120grams
3. Flour 175 grams
4. Powdered sugar 100grams
5. Baking powder 2 and 1/4tsp
6. Vanilla extract 1tbsp
8. Milk 5tbsp
1. Take all ingredients in a big bowl and beat till u get nice creamy mixture.
2. If mixture looks very dry can add couple of tbsp of milk.
3. Bake at preheated oven at 180 degree for 25 minutes or till skewer comes out clean.
