CHEF JAIRAJ S VANILLA SPONGE

One of my favourite chef on Instagram shared this recipe and I had to give it a shot. Its nice rich buttery yet light to feel. Do try out this amazing vanilla sponge cake and let me know how u like it.

Ingredients

  • Sugar 150 grams

  • Butter 150 grams

  • Vanilla essence 1tbsp

  • Eggs 3

  • Maida 200 grams

  • Baking powder 1tsp

  • Chilled milk 50 grams

Directions

  • Cream butter sugar and vanilla till light n fluffy
  • Add each egg one by one beating it well.
  • Add maida baking powder fold well.
  • Add chilled milk fold. Pour in a lined tin bake at 180 degrees for 45 mins or till done.
