BESAN JI TIKKI JI BHAJI

BESAN TIKKI JI BHAJI 
                   Gram flour dumplings are deep fried and cooked with onion Tomato with spices to give a lovely besan tikki subzi. Do try out this simple recipe and let me know how u like it.
INGREDIENTS for tikki
1. Potatoes 1 cut finely
2. Onion 1 finely chopped
3. Gram flour/ besan  half cup.
4. anardana powder 1tsp
5. Poppy seeds 1tsp
6. Green chillies 2 finely chopped
7. Salt
8. Oil to deep fry
Ingredients for curry
1. Onions finely chopped 4
2. Tomato chopped 3
3. Green chillies 3
4. Oil
5. Red chilly powder 1tsp
6. Coriander powder 1tsp
7. Turmeric powder 1tsp
8. Garam masala 1tsp
9. Salt.
METHOD
1. For tikki mix all ingredients together and add water enough to form thick batter for tikki.
2. Fry them in oil till crisp and brown.
3. In a kadhai add oil fry onions till pink add tomatoes and salt. Cook well
4. Add all spice powders salt and cook well.
5. Add tikki mix well add salt
6. Add water let it cook for 15 minutes On slow flame
7. Serve hot with paratha .
